Cambridgeshire FA are once again offering Under 7 teams FREE entry into the Next Generation Festivals for 2014, supporting clubs to develop new teams.

Cambridgeshire FA are once again offering Under 7 teams FREE entry into their Next Generation Festivals for 2014, supporting clubs to develop new teams in younger age groups.

This year's hosts are Melbourn Dynamos, Aztec Juniors, in Linton, and Cambridgeshire FA Student Management Team are running a festival in Chatteris, with the Finale at Mini World Cup in July, on Parkers Piece, as part of the Big Weekend/Tour De France celebrations.

Cambridgeshire FA are offering 3 festivals:

Sunday 18th May 2014
at Aztecs Juniors FC at Linton Village College

Saturday 21st June 2014
at Cromwell Community College, Chatteris

Saturday 5th July 2014
at Mini World Cup on Parkers Piece Cambridge

Please book the festivals using the registration forms in the documents links below. Times and contact details for each event can be found on the poster in the documents file.

Entries are open to any U7 teams consisting of boys, girls or mixed squads. If your club have an U7s team that would like to enter please see the booking forms attached and book each festival individually. Completed forms can be e-mailed to the festival organiser at the e-mail addresses provided.

Charter Standard Clubs affiliated to Cambridgeshire FA, who have entered a team into the festivals, can apply for 1 free space per club on either an FA Level 1 coaching course or an FA Youth Award module 1.

Bookings for the course must be made before 30 April and a refundable deposit of £50 must be paid for the course. These free spaces are limited and are on a first to book basis. The course must be taken by the end of August.

We will also be providing a New Managers/Coaches event to all clubs before the start of the 2014-15 season which will be aimed at all new volunteers running teams in any age group. Details of this event will be sent out at a later date.
